What is a 13F filing?
Form 13F is a quarterly report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
by institutional investment managers with at least $100 million in assets under
management. It discloses their long equity holdings, providing a window into what
the world's largest funds — including Berkshire Hathaway, Bridgewater Associates,
Renaissance Technologies, and Citadel — are buying and selling.
